Get an injunction(Restraining order?)?

My mom's husband . Is very unstable. His moods fluctuate frequently. He wakes us up anywhere from 2-5 some mornings to yell and scream about something somebody did. Which could be brought up at a reasonable hour, with a reasonable tone. He has never physically harmed us as of yet. However, he has gotten worse over time. Only getting angrier. He made a hole with his anger. He's taken court ordered anger management. He's only gotten worse rather than better. My mom wants him out of the house because both of us are scared of him and don't know when he will just ';snap'; He admitted in the past of taken a baseball bat and breaking things in his house, in his last marriage. His ex even said he used to yell at her too then eventually hit her. He always threatens to kill her and even how he will do it and how he can get away with it. So can we file and injunction even if it is not physical? We he have to leave the house? Even though he lives there? What will happen?Get an injunction(Restraining order?)?
Go to your Local PD and get a restraining order-explain to them why you need the order---------';hint here';. You both are in fear of your lives(best answer). You and your mom should probably go visit a relative for a few days until he has been served so you are not there when he is served. Ask when he will possibly be seerved and make the arrangements so the two of you are not there. If he refuses to leave he can be arrested. Once you have the restrraining order the ';two'; of you will also have to ';abide'; by what is says because if you';give'; in to him then the order is no good.Get an injunction(Restraining order?)?
abuse is both physical and mental. You can seek a protective order and have him removed from the home. If he is yelling at you and you are afraid, call 911 and have an officer remove him from the home.
